What Manish Stuff is
Manish Stuff is two things: a curated reseller of verified parts, gear, and tools, and — as community listings open up — a venue where buyers and sellers find each other. On venue listings, Manish Stuff is not a party to the transaction: we don't take payment, hold funds, guarantee completion, or arbitrate disputes between buyers and sellers. Deal honestly, inspect before you pay, and use the sense that brought you here.
Listing honestly
When Manish Stuff lists an item we own, we verify it in person and describe it straight — you get what the page says, or you get your money back on return. When a listing comes from a community seller, the description, condition, and price are theirs. We screen and can pull any listing, but the seller owns their words.
Used goods are sold as-is unless a listing says otherwise. "Verified" means we checked it with our own hands — it is not a manufacturer's warranty, and none is implied.
What's not allowed
No stolen goods. No counterfeits. No scam payment requests — wire transfers to strangers, gift cards, "shipping agents." No harassment of anyone on the site. Listings break these rules, they come down and the account with them. If something on this site smells wrong, report it — we act same day.
Buying, selling, and meeting up
Viewings and pickups happen by appointment through the channels on each listing. Bring questions, inspect the item, and pay when you're satisfied. Sellers set their terms; buyers walk away freely. Be on time, be decent, and don't waste anyone's afternoon.
The limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, Manish Stuff's liability for anything connected to the site or a listing is limited to the amounts actually paid to Manish Stuff for the item in question. We're not liable for losses between community buyers and sellers, indirect damages, or lost opportunities. This doesn't override your statutory rights as a Canadian consumer.
Changes and the fine print
We may update these terms as the service grows; the date at the top changes with them, and continued use after an update means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes land in Ontario courts.
