What we collect
Only what you give us, only when you give it to us:
When you contact us or submit a form (contact, sell, merch, waitlist): your name, email, phone number if you include one, and your message.
When you browse the site: anonymous, cookie-free page metrics through Cloudflare Web Analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no fingerprinting.
Saved listings: stored in your browser's local storage on your device — they never leave it.
What we do with it
We use your contact details to reply to you, process your order or inquiry, and — if you joined the waitlist — to send you your invite and launch news. That's the whole list.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with anyone else. Ever.
Who processes it
Forms are transmitted and archived through Formspree, our form processor. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Both act as service providers under contract — they handle data only on our instructions.
The timestamped record of your waitlist consent (what you checked and when) is kept as your consent evidence under Canada's anti-spam law (CASL).
How long we keep it
Inquiry and order messages: as long as needed to resolve them. Waitlist entries: until you ask to be removed or the service winds down. Consent records: as long as CASL requires us to prove consent.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, or delete it — and withdraw waitlist consent at any time. Email info@manishstuff.ca and we'll sort it, usually same day. This is our commitment under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
